Exan company was founded in 1996 in Cinisello Balsamo (Italy), thanks to the passion for motorcycles of its owner Andrea Nova. Within a few years in order to improve services and new production requirements he needed, to move the factory in the near city of Lissone, as a clear witness of growing image of the brand, that in few years achieves many successes. The company stands out on the market of motorcycle silencers thanks to its philosophy of absolute quality and performance research. Starting from these main characteristics, we could say that Exan brand offer a guarantee to be one of the absolutes reference points for all riders who are looking for quality combined with skilled craftsmanship in construction. Manufacturing area is supported by: TIG welders, tube bending machines, dyno test specific for bikes, and many tool and machinery specially made in order to design and construct silencers, connectors and complete exhaust groups of all type. Main philosophy is to combine handmade skills, innovative materials and the most advanced technologies. Every detail is worked inside our factory, that means every piece is a unique piece. Constructive materials are: Carbon Fiber, Titanium, Stainless steel and black Stainless steel. Our Dyno test of latest generation with Eddy current brake and lambda probe allowed us to directly test our products and guarantee the highest performances. The production range includes exhaust systems for sport bikes, naked, supermotard and classics. The Exan company knows exactly how to get over the limits of standard production, that’s the reason why we also produce custom exhausts by customer specific requirements, in order to create real “Artwork on demand”. Everything highlights the great passion of the “men” and specially their extraordinary technical skills. During last years, Exan followed racing events directly on race circuits, among its customers we find several teams involved in Italian and international championships at any level and category.
